S20: Cerrilly to Saint-Amand-Montrond: Domaine de Reuilly Pinot Noir 2005

This is what The Bottle Shop has to say about this Kermit Wines import:

Domaine de Reuilly Pinot Noir 2005
Denis Jamain of Domaine de Reuilly makes this lithe Pinot Noir from a 7 acre vineyard about 40 miles outside of the more famous Loire village of Sancerre. It has a crystalline purity allowing the tart cherry, spice and green herbs notes to dance lightly across your tongue. A great choice for lemony grilled chicken or fish preparations. A quintessential Kermit wine. Of course.

The crystalline purity meant little wind drag, and we danced on the pedals as we finished the bottle in record time. Of course, then there were 3 more hours of time trial…
At the end of which we woke up and toasted Sastre with a soy latte…
